HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

That depends on the type of work performed and the level of difficulty. Most client's pay an agreed upon hourly rate plus out of pocket expenses. Often Tiger Trace agrees to place a "cap" on the total expenditure so the client can maintain control of the cost of the investigative project. HOW LONG WILL MY INVESTIGATION TAKE?

Of course that depends on the assignment. However we always discuss with our clients their expectations concerning time in the beginning of the case. We always strive for the perfect balance between time and cost effectiveness. We realize that the services we provide will be used in furtherance of our clients' interests. We know that the information to remain valuable must be delivered in a timely manner. We don't get bogged down in minutia thus losing sight of the big picture and our clients' overall objectives.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY CASE WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?

You can't. In our business there will always be an element of trust. We trust you the client to act in good faith and we will do the same. We know that word of mouth is crucial to our continued success and the ethics of our profession mandate that the details of your case remain confidential. Some agencies post client testimonials to promote their business. We are so protective of our clients’ confidentiality we won't even ask them for a testimonial.
